WPT 风电制动器，其基本功能为设备正常的工作状态下，制动器处以释放状态。在设备停止或意外失电的情况下，制动器将瞬 间进入制动状态，从而实现对设备的安全保护。

The fundamental function is, the brake is in released state when the equipment is in normal running, and engage the holding/braking state rapidly if equipment stop or lose the supply of electric-power accidently, to realize the  protection.
